  I am a Bangladeshi patient and I am very disappointed with my experience at this hospital. After consulting the doctor and receiving my reports, I was suddenly informed that I would not be able to see the doctor again without an interpreter. This policy feels unfair and creates serious difficulties for international patients like me. What is even more disappointing is that the hospital made no attempt to solve this issue or provide any support. In addition, I do not even have the opportunity to show my reports to the doctor again. All the tests I went through for my health problems ended up being of no use. I truly expected more empathy, flexibility, and responsibility from a medical institution of this standard

  The clinic and the doctor show a lack of respect for the patient. Yesterday, my appointment was confirmed, so today I showed up at the clinic and was suddenly informed that my appointment had been canceled because the doctor wasn't available. I asked the receptionist why I hadn't even received a text message informing me that my appointment was canceled, but she just kept telling me the text message had been sent. I checked again to see if I hadn't noticed, but no, no text messages, no calls from the clinic. I don't recommend it.

  Difficult contact with the registration desk, long wait times, and then long-awaited appointments with specialists. Appointments were canceled without the patient's notice, and the patient arrives for their appointment only to find out it was wasted. The registration desk must be informed of these changes!

  I would like to thank Magda, Sylwia, Marzenie, and Karolina. The ladies who work at the front desk are very helpful, empathetic, and kind. They never have a problem with anything; it's easy for them to open or close doors, help with elevators, etc. They always find a convenient time for an appointment. Good morning, and always with a smile. They deserve a 5⭐. Best regards!

  Nie polecam tej placówki, 3 miesiące temu zapisywałam się do dermatologa, gdzie miesiąc przed planowana wizyta, dostaje sms, że wizyta zostaję anulowana i proszę o kontakt. Zatem dzwonie. Gdy udało mi się dodzwonić, pani z recepcji dała mi takie same informacje jak widniały w sms, że wizyta została anulowana. Mówię dobrze, na kiedy ją przekladany. Tutaj pojawił się problem, ponieważ Pani z rejestracji informuje, że nie mają lekarza żeby mnie przyjąć, nie zaproponowała żadnego rozwiązania, na szczęście była to pierwsza wizyta i udało się anulować skierowanie w tej placówce, nigdy więcej....
