Diagnostic Lab was very professional. They even have a few very nice nurses who speak excellent English. As for the parking situation... unfortunately very aggressive and unwilling to even try to explain the procedure. After just dropping of my wife to pick up a paper he tried to write me a ticket. Signs for parking or no parking do not match standard conventions in which case there would have been no confusion. We will go to a different lab from now on.

Incompetent staff. Doctors are late, nobody knows who is where, and not a suitable hospital for non-Polish speakers. Not recommended.

The people were nice, but I had an appointment with a pulmonologist for a short test – spirometry. I brought the reports from my previous lung tests, a disc with a lung X-ray, a report of that X-ray, and a report of my condition from my family doctor. They ordered me to have a lung X-ray when I made the appointment by phone. The doctor only asked me questions; there was no equipment in his room. According to the doctor, the computer also wasn't capable of reading my lung X-ray disc. This is probably true, since the device was a mini computer that couldn't even accommodate an external hard drive, so it's no wonder the built-in memory couldn't accommodate the program to read the disc's contents. The doctor only read from the lung X-ray report. I left with the report from the pulmonologist, which I had already brought from my family doctor. And I was supposed to have the test I had scheduled. If this clinic schedules appointments with a doctor, it's no wonder there are such long lines. These were mostly elderly people who, needlessly, waited in line only to be told their test wouldn't be available for a year. One woman registered and got an appointment in May, and it's now September. I recommend not scheduling an appointment with a doctor who writes down "the patient had asthma as a child, now she has breathing problems," because that's what my family doctor did. It causes long waits, and I didn't get anything I didn't have. A spirometry test literally involves two breaths into the machine, between which they administer a medication, and on the second exhale to see the difference in the results. I waited four months for this and was asked to make another appointment (or only now for the first time, as there may have been a mistake with the registration). The appointment is supposed to be after February of this year, because they're already full, and they'll create a new schedule after February. I don't recommend it because the hospital is crowded, and people are waiting to be interviewed and not being tested. I recommend the reception staff change hospitals, because dealing with such crowds in a broken system isn't worth the money.

In December 2025, my fiancée requested an e-prescription for her regular medications from the primary healthcare provider (POZ). On December 16th, she received information from the registration office that the prescriptions would be issued on December 18th. On December 18th, the prescriptions were not issued. On December 19th, during the next contact with the registration office, she was informed that "the prescriptions are active." The prescriptions were not active and were not listed in the IKP system. The medications had run out, which led to a break in the continuity of treatment. Ultimately, the prescription was issued for a fee by the pharmacist at the pharmacy. The information provided by the registration office turned out to be factually inaccurate, misleading us and causing real health consequences and stress related to the interruption of treatment. After filing a complaint, I received a letter from the facility stating that I had made threats against staff during a telephone conversation. This accusation was not upheld in a subsequent letter. I sent a formal request for correction and an apology. The letter was delivered, but I had not received a response by the time of publication of this opinion. The matter was reported to the National Health Fund (NFZ) and the Patient Rights Ombudsman. The NFZ informed the facility of discrepancies in the information provided and requested additional clarification. Everyone can draw their own conclusions. For me, the safety and continuity of treatment for a chronically ill patient, as well as the accuracy of the information provided to patients, were key.

My review is about Dr. Rożnowski, a neurologist. I've seen him twice because I have a very serious brain condition (needing surgery). Despite this, I experienced zero empathy from him. The second time, he said he only had a few minutes for me. He only looked at the MRI results very cursorily (only a description, not the scans at all!). He referred me to a neurosurgeon, not even mentioning that the waiting lists for these specialists are two years long! And I may need to undergo surgery again soon; it's outrageous. I strongly advise against seeing this man; in my opinion, his license should be revoked for this behavior. Henryk
