I'm warning you, they schedule paid appointments for specific times, and at the same time, they see occupational medicine patients eight people ahead of me. After a great struggle, I arrive 75 minutes late. Perhaps the owner-manager could sort this out? It would be enough for the doctor to invite patients who have paid for appointments for specific times to the office.

I wanted to schedule an occupational health checkup. The receptionist said I needed to email a referral with my phone number and they'd call me back, or leave the referral with my number at the front desk. So I left it at the front desk. I waited a week, waited another week, and nothing. I called, but no one answered. So I decided to get tested in Warsaw because my phone was about to expire. The phone hasn't rung since. This isn't the first time this has happened; a friend of mine has been waiting for a callback for two years.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with the services offered by your facility. I called to inquire about the possibility of psychological testing and its price. The receptionist told me I should email the address at the bottom of the page and wait for a response. I wonder why this woman even works there if she can't provide basic information over the phone? The whole situation is very frustrating and unprofessional.

The waiting time for occupational health tests is tragic. In my case, about 2 weeks and in my colleague's case, a month.
