  I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the physiotherapist. I came in with persistent back pain and paid 160 PLN for what was supposed to be a proper consultation which I didnt receive. The appointment lasted only about 20 minutes. The therapist asked a few basic questions but offered no explanation for my pain, no potential diagnosis, and no advice on next steps. There was no real consultation or discussion about the underlying issue. The treatment itself was minimal and ineffective – just some light pinching of the skin and rubbing my back, which felt more like a (bad) massage than any form of therapeutic intervention. I left the session feeling confused. Overall, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and the service did not justify the price.

  After many years of posting positive reviews about this clinic, I'm saddened to have to change my rating to negative. The reception service, particularly from one of the staff members, leaves much to be desired—he's rude and seems unwilling to help. I get the impression that the receptionist is working at the clinic as a punishment.

  Overall, the approach was professional; the ladies at the registration desk and checkout were very nice and helpful. No problems. I saw Dr. Łukasz Olborski, whose approach to patients was excellent; he explained everything and showed a willingness to help. It would have been perfect if not for the fact that the doctor forgot to mention that he had charged me 250 PLN for a consultation, even though I had only scheduled an ultrasound. He saw my results during my appointment but didn't bother to mention that he would then charge me for a consultation. In such cases, the patient is either informed of this before actually reviewing the test results, or told that you didn't have a consultation appointment, or we can add one at that point. It's unacceptable for a patient to be unaware that they have to pay an additional fee just because they looked at their records. The examination itself cost 260 PLN + 250 PLN for a consultation I didn't even know about... very unfair to the patient. The next day, I received a call regarding this matter, and after a few more days, the decision was made to refund the additional consultation fee. A professional, mature approach to the matter; everything was taken care of. As we know, someone can always make a mistake or forget something, although some people simply can't forget certain things, but the most important thing is that the matter is now resolved.

  I was at the clinic for an eye exam with my child. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful, warm, and kind ladies in the treatment room. Thanks to them, the entire visit was pleasant and peaceful, even though my daughter was very emotional about the visit. Thank you again to each and every lady for their smiles, hand-holding, calm voices, and patience.

  I would highly recommend visiting Kasia Lasota as a physiotherapist. From the very beginning, the sessions were professional and engaging. Kasia demonstrates extensive knowledge and experience, which, combined with her personalized approach to each patient, makes me feel completely comfortable and safe during each visit. The effects of therapy are visible after just a few sessions, and Kasia patiently explains all stages of treatment, giving me a sense of complete control over the rehabilitation process. I recommend her to anyone who needs effective help and professional care!
