Agata was recommended to me by my gynecologist. I immediately scheduled my first prenatal exam with her, and only then did I read the reviews. I was a little apprehensive, but decided to go anyway. The only downside was the longer wait – in my case, it was the system's fault. Despite this, my experience was very positive – no one spoiled my mood. The girls at the reception desk were polite, as was the woman drawing my blood; she even warned me in advance that I might feel a prick. Agata herself didn't say anything at the beginning of the exam – she was focused on her work. At the end, after all the tests were completed, she summarized the fetus's condition. No one objected to my husband being present during the appointment, and we were also asked if we wanted to find out the baby's gender right away or if we preferred to be given a check. I am very grateful to all the staff at this medical center for their concern for the health of pregnant women, both physical and emotional. It was wonderful to leave in such a great mood!

The doctors are really good. The clinic is busy, so I understand the rush of appointments, but I feel the pressure to get through quickly. However, I'd rather feel like the doctor has time for me, so I can calmly reflect and ask questions. The woman who sits at her laptop during the appointment is really rude, and her presence is rather intrusive. I understand it's supposed to speed up the visit, but I'd prefer to be alone with the doctor, especially since I have no complaints about them and they're friendly. Regarding the reception desk, when I try to politely resolve something over the phone, the woman is also rude, making me feel like I'm just calling with a problem, which is surprising, since it seems like it's always the same woman who's nice and friendly in person. I trust the doctors at this clinic, but the visit itself and the other people around me are off-putting.

The way they treated pregnant patients is beyond criticism. Unfortunately, Dr. Agata K. shouldn't be working in this profession. From a day of long-awaited pregnancy, this day became a nightmare. We definitely won't recommend her to anyone! And the changes to appointments without informing the patient are not even worth mentioning. If it weren't for the follow-up call, we would have gone to the doctor two days earlier...

Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń do mojej Pani doktor, jest super. Jedyne co mnie zastanawia, to dlaczego nikt nigdy nie odbiera telefonu? O ile zapisać się na wizytę jestem w stanie ostatecznie tam pójść, o tyle dzwoniąc ze sprawą nagłą, wymagającą teleporady jakiegokolwiek lekarza, nie dam rady się przedostać. Kompletnie odwodniona i osłabiona przez nagłe pogorszenie stanu zdrowia podczas brania leków, zadzwoniłam w końcu do pierwszej lepszej przychodni i od razu dostałam pomoc. Na 20(!) połączeń do godziny 14, zaledwie 3 były zajęte, pozostałych po prostu nikt nie odebrał.
