  As someone living in Poland with minimal Polish language skills, I was initially worried about communication. Those concerns disappeared immediately. Throughout my entire stay, communication in English was excellent. Doctors, nurses, and support staff were able to speak English clearly and professionally. Every step of my treatment was explained patiently, and I always felt informed, comfortable, and well supported. The medical care I received was truly outstanding. The doctors and nurses were highly competent, attentive, and compassionate. In particular, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Karolina Supeł and Nurse Martyna. Both of them provided exceptional care, professionalism, and kindness. Their dedication, patience, and positive attitude made a difficult time much easier for me, and I am extremely grateful for their support. From admission to discharge, the clinical process was wwell-organizedand efficient. I felt safe, respected, and treated with genuine care at all times. For an expat far from home, this level of medical professionalism and empathy made a huge positive difference. However, there are several non-medical areas where improvement is needed. The main issue is the catering. The quality, taste, and variety of meals were poor and did not reflect the otherwise high standard of the hospital. Better food quality and more balanced meal options would significantly improve patient comfort. The toilet and hygiene facilities also need attention. Toilets are shared common facilities rather than individual ones. There were no toilet seat covers and no sanitizer available to clean toilet seats before use. In a hospital environment, this raises concerns about hygiene and the risk of infections. Providing basic sanitary items would greatly improve patient confidence and comfort. Another concern was noise levels. Non-medical staff were often quite loud during early morning hours, which disturbed the rest and peace of patients. More attention should be given to maintaining a calm and quiet environment, especially during recovery hours. Despite these shortcomings, my overall impression remains very positive because the most important aspect – medical treatment – was excellent. The professionalism and dedication of the medical team far outweighed the logistical inconveniences. I am sincerely grateful to the entire team, especially Dr. Karolina Supeł and Nurse Martyna, for the high-quality care I received. I would confidently recommend this hospital, particularly to other expats who may be concerned about language barriers. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

  Foster provided an amazing experience during my wife’s 5-day hospital stay for her pregnancy. The staff was kind, caring, and attentive, making her feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout. The maternity ward was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped, with excellent hospitality. We truly appreciate the care we received and highly recommend Foster to any expecting mothers!

  This is probably the best hospital I've ever been in my life. From nursing staff to Doctors everyone is so much caring,loving, respectful and most importantly loyal to their work.I spend three days there and I feel the place like my home.Thankyou everyone for their professionalism and kindness.

  After having to had to endure staying in the local Hospital Copernicus in Piotrków Trybunalski, where only the doctors and maybe two nurses speak English and the people providing cleaning and catering services treat you like you are an inmate in an asylum or prison and you are woken in the middle of the night by people screaming somewhere down the hall as if their limbs were being amputated without their consent ir the use of anaesthesia, I was moved here, to this oasis of orofessionality, care and quality. from the layouts if the rooms (I'm in a two-person room now, where we have our own bathroom with shower and toilet and we didn't even need to bring our own toilet paper, unlike in Szpital Copernicus) to the professionality of the staff, who, with exception of janitors and supporting staff, all speak, if not fluent, still pretty advanced English! everything looks new and clean! the food isn't served in plastic bowls or styrofoam containers (with bread that was stale and dry and the food often unrecognizeable tasteless slob), but on plates and everything tastes fresh and delicious! in fact, the food I received so far, looked and tasted like they were prepared by a restaurant chef! I had a few nurses in Piotrków (and all of the doctirs, thank goodness) with whom I had a very pleasant discourse during my stay, but most of them didn't speak english and just ignored me completely. not even bothering to check my name when distributing medication. In Łódź ALL nurses ( and of course the doctors too) speak sufficient to excellent English and ALL of them are nice and professional and make you feel important and safe and heard! bedside manner here is ALSO Very good. As a Dutchmen, I'm used to this level of care in hospitals and I'm glad to see that the hospital in Piotrków Trybunalski wasn't exemplary for the general state if medical care in this humongous country! I sincerely hope, that I will never see the inside of a hospital EVER again, but when circumstance decides otherwise, I hope to be taken here, where I feel properly and expertly taken care of!

  Amazing hospital and staff. I was gobsmacked with their competence and empathy, all I of them, doctors and nurses. During a week stay (admitted for my flash blackouts) I had very extensive and sophisticated diagnostic and check ups. Doctors were very meticulous in their searches for a cause of my problem and on every stage I was given a comprehensive recup of a progress all along. I highly recommend this hospital, Boleslaw Grzegorz Zolynski
