very poor e-registration service. It is not possible to change the date of an appointment. the menu with the choice of clinic is for some reason very limited. If this service has such poor capabilities, why is it available to patients at all?

I participated in a 10-day rehabilitation program for a hand injury. I booked for the procedure at the end of October 2025, and the procedure cycle began at the beginning of February 2026, so a 3.5-month wait. For the National Health Fund (NFZ), I think it's not bad. The facility itself, in terms of its decor, is reminiscent of the communist era, and the lack of funding for ongoing renovations is evident. The rehabilitation equipment may not be the newest, but it's not falling apart. The rehabilitation ward staff is friendly and helpful, which is extremely rare in NFZ facilities. The individual exercises are varied and tailored to the patient's needs. The women at the rehabilitation reception desk answered calls. I can certainly recommend Cepelek for rehabilitation. The Central Military Medical Clinic "CePeLek" is a large public specialist clinic located at 78 Koszykowa Street in Warsaw (Śródmieście). It is an independent public healthcare facility that provides medical services to civilian patients and those associated with the military. The facility operates within the public health service (SPZOZ) and has a contract with the National Health Fund, thanks to which some services are financed by health insurance, but private services are also available.
