After a phone consultation, there's no way to get sick leave (L4). I was informed I had to come in. My explanations that I live two hours from the clinic and wouldn't be able to travel such a long distance alone with a fever were useless. The receptionist stated that several times before, they had issued "fake" sick leave certificates, which led to them being monitored, and now they don't do it at all. I asked for two days of sick leave and was denied. A piece of advice for the future: maybe it's worth finding a middle ground and issuing sick leave certificates to people who need them, instead of throwing them around and then fearing an inspection?

I don't know who answers the phone and how they listen to patients!! I call and ask for a complete blood count (CBC) and urinalysis, along with thyroid parameters, and tell them I need it with a specialist. My husband takes the kids for tests based on the referral the woman who answered the phone gave me. It turns out... the CBC tests are gone. I've been waiting a long time for an appointment with a specialist, but now I have to reschedule because I have nowhere to go.

The staff is very friendly, the service is good, and overall, it's a good clinic. I'll probably go back. The only major downside is the discrepancy between the prices on the website and at the clinic itself.

The receptionists were very nice. When I called, the lady scheduled an appointment for me 30 minutes after the call. The ladies were eager to help and provide all the information I needed. Not only was I checked in within 30 minutes of the phone call, but after arriving and filling out the necessary paperwork, the doctor immediately saw me.

The nurse was calling people out of order, repeatedly changing the queue order. The nurse was very unpleasant, the wait time was long, and people who had been waiting for three hours were not invited to the doctor's office because they wouldn't make it. I quote the nurse's words: "Ladies and gentlemen, what are you still doing here if you don't make it? The doctor is finishing in 15 minutes." This makes no sense.
