This review isn't about the quality of service, but rather the lack of understanding and humanity on the part of the receptionist. The incident occurred on Friday around 2 p.m. While walking past the clinic with my grandchildren, my 5-year-old grandson needed to pee. She said we could use the clinic's restroom because she and her parents go to the doctor there and she knows where the restrooms are. Since I was wearing construction work clothes, I didn't go inside and told my child to go in and use the restroom. The receptionist wouldn't let my child use the restroom, claiming it was for patients only. As a result, the child had to quickly relieve himself in the square next to the flower beds and the garbage can, unfortunately, half-wet, because he couldn't hold it anymore. I decided to go in and warn the receptionist, but the receptionist didn't even bother to get up, insisting the restroom was for patients. For God's sake, that was a child, not some dirty guy from the sidewalk. Shameful. No understanding. Lack of culture and interpersonal skills. I informed the woman that I would describe the situation online. She was not surprised.

It's probably a joke to wait 3 months for an appointment and then get a call on the day that the appointment is canceled. When I asked why, the receptionist replied with amusement that the doctor was on vacation and that she could suggest a new date for October 🤣 good thing you're not the only ones. Goodbye and I don't recommend it 🥴

The clinic is nice, the doctors are okay, but depending on the day, the receptionist isn't... Hello, can I make an appointment for my child with a pediatrician today? "No." End of conversation. I think that speaks for itself.

The clinic is good, excellent specialists, but the ladies at the reception are sometimes rude and not always pleasant.
