I'm impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the doctors. I've never seen such dedication and such excellent organization. My dream is for all National Health Fund (NFZ) centers to function like this. I'm especially pleased with my visit with surgeon Artur Dyśko – he showed complete empathy and dedicated time to his patients.

The organization of this place is a disaster. My appointment at the urology clinic was scheduled for 9:50 a.m., and I had 1:30 p.m., and there was no sign of me being seen. The nurses wouldn't bother answering questions like how long it would take or how many people were ahead of me. And the people downstairs at the reception desk knew it. I can't comment on the doctors' expertise, as I don't know much about that.

We've been waiting over five hours for an appointment, and the numbered tickets don't seem to help. We were third in line on the board, but then our number disappeared, and patients are being randomly admitted. Some wait 30 minutes, others—like us—after several hours. This is a joke.

The organization of appointments at the Urology Clinic is a mockery of seriously ill people. Waiting five hours for an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM???? Some people arrive at their scheduled time and wait several hours, while others arrive later and are seen immediately. Patients are scheduled in groups of two or three for the same time. The doctor runs from office to office, while also busying the hospital ward. It's a complete mess, to put it mildly.

I don't recommend waiting in line for 3 hours, only to find out after a 3-minute visit that I won't die from it and should come back for another appointment - probably another 3-hour wait? Dear surgeon Dyśko, he probably has more important things on his mind and doesn't want to take a vacation.
