I relied on positive reviews, but I definitely wouldn't recommend Andrzej Czubalski, who I saw privately. He doesn't listen to patients, frequently interrupts conversations, and has a dismissive tone. He doesn't disclose what tests he plans to perform, leaving patients to guess whether they need an ultrasound, a Pap smear, or something else. Regarding endometriosis, I've heard comments like "you can check on ChatGPT" and "the pain subsides after giving birth," which is completely unprofessional and lacks empathy.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this clinic, mainly because of the behavior of the reception staff. The woman working there was rude, shouting, and demanding documents that, as it later turned out, weren't required. When I tried to ask what she meant, instead of calmly explaining the situation, she told me to return with a translator, as she knew I was from abroad. I consider her attitude racist, unprofessional, and unacceptable (especially in a medical facility where empathy and courtesy should be the norm).

Great clinic! I'm so glad I chose this clinic for my pregnancy. The receptionists are wonderful, especially Kasia ❤️, always kind, helpful, and very welcoming! Kasia, who draws blood, is also a wonderful woman who has helped me overcome my fear of having my blood drawn. 😊 I definitely recommend this place. 😊

We've been using the services at ATR for several years now. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. My doctor (gynecologist) is incredibly attentive and creates an atmosphere that makes you want to come back. And Kasia, who draws blood, is a gem. I don't know how she does it, but she always gets it right (which isn't easy for me), and she'll chat for a while, offer advice, and support. I recommend her :)
