What a waste of our money these facilities are. Appointments are for six months, arrogant women at the front desk, and there's no system, so if an appointment becomes available, it's gone, and the clinic doesn't let anyone know who's waiting. And as you can imagine, plans for months in advance change very often. Surely, this should be punishable by law...

Unfortunately, my visit to this clinic was a complete waste of time and nerves. Right from the start, I encountered unpleasant reception staff – an exceptionally rude woman who clearly didn't care that patients were even coming. At the allergist's office, everything happened at lightning speed – questions were dismissed with half-hearted words, there was zero engagement, and then I was given a note and sent off for testing. The same woman at the reception desk (which is surprising in itself), this time as a nurse – unfortunately, equally unpleasant and lacking in empathy. The atmosphere was unfriendly, with rude comments being made towards my mother, and the procedure itself was carried out haphazardly, with comments like "if you have to sit down." The allergy tests turned out to be incomplete – even though I came with a clear goal (desensitization to dogs), the dog test wasn't on the list and was "scribbled" as item number 7, without any certainty as to what it even was. On top of that, there was no dust test (which I supposedly definitely have), superior comments, and eye-rolling at every exchange. The entire visit ended with the information that dog allergy testing is not covered and costs... 700 PLN per dose (privately) – something I could have easily learned at the beginning, without wasting time on incomplete tests and unnecessary stress. I do not recommend this facility to anyone looking for an empathetic approach, professionalism, and respect for the patient. The service style is reminiscent of the communist era – no dialogue, just a rehash of the procedure and pretentious glances. I wasted two hours.

A complete waste of time. I came in for a dog allergy test – instead of specifics, I received quick questions, a note, and a referral for testing. The tests weren't performed properly, missing key allergens (e.g., dog and dust mites), and the staff were rude and resentful – especially the receptionist, who later doubled as a nurse. Instead of help – eye-rolling, comments like "you can get rid of the dog," and the final information that dog allergy tests are only available privately at a high cost and aren't covered by the National Health Fund, where every second person in Poland has a dog. It's a shame this wasn't mentioned at the beginning. The service style is reminiscent of communist Poland – zero empathy, just dismissal. I don't recommend it.

A complete disgrace. The allergy clinic is a disaster. The nurse is mean and rude, the doctor rolls her eyes, speechless. The clinic is stuck in the communist era. It needs some cleaning up. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They didn't have the reagents needed to perform the test. And the way they treat patients is terrible.

The appointment was rushed and lacked a thorough approach. Instead of discussing dog allergy testing, we were met with terse questions, rushed tests, and no basic allergens were included. The dog wasn't even on the list. The staff was rude and resentful – especially the woman who was both at the registration desk and then administering the tests. We were told, among other things, that "the dog can be disposed of" and that the desensitization costs 10,000 for the entire procedure (approximately five years) – of course, we only learned this at the end, after two hours. I do not recommend it. A waste of time, frustration, and a complete lack of professionalism.
