Overall, the clinic is just a clinic. It's not exactly modern, but it's manageable. The doctors are nice, and I have nothing to complain about. The only thing I don't like about this clinic is the smell of cigarettes in the hallway. It's impossible to sit there without feeling secondhand smoke. I understand that employees have the right to smoke, but does it have to be in rooms where the smell spills out into the hallway?

At 118 Kraszewskiego Street, you'll find the Arcus Specialist Medical Clinic. You can book an appointment by phone. There are numerous clinics here, open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. However, the clinic doesn't cater to vacationers, as waiting times for cardiology clinics, for example, can be as long as 68 days.

Unfortunately, this clinic, with its building, courtyard, interior, and the behavior of its administrative staff, is reminiscent of the depths of the Polish People's Republic. Anyone with a fondness for those times should definitely see it.

I had the opportunity to use the clinic's services and can only express my opinion with praise: efficient service, comprehensive information about my medical problem, and above all, kindness and human warmth, which are so important in the context of doctor visits. I recommend it!

I registered myself and my mother for an ophthalmologist appointment at Arkus, but it's only for January 2020, so I still have to call that day to schedule an appointment. I have to bring my mother in by medical transport. To arrange transport, I have to register a week in advance, and the registration officer says I have to call on January 29th and she'll tell me what time to arrive. This is insane and crazy.
