Good morning, I've been having breast surgery for two years now. The surgery went very well. I'm very satisfied. The care is excellent and they take great care of their patients. I recommend Dr. Kaczyński. He's a very experienced doctor and cares about his patients. I recommend him.

A very good medical facility in Lublin! I recommend it! I was their patient in November 2023 and am very pleased with the results of my nasal septum correction (septoplasty) with Professor Trojanowski.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my visit to Dr. Mateusz Reda. My child and I came in in April with an ear problem. The doctor was supposed to remove earwax, but after that visit, the condition only worsened. Without performing a swab, he diagnosed a staph infection and prescribed ointments and recommended Borasol, which brought no improvement. Despite my comments and observations that the child's ears were foul-smelling, the doctor failed to respond appropriately and showed no interest in further diagnostics. He lacked professionalism, thoroughness, and empathy for his young patient. We are currently still struggling with the problem and are seeking help from other specialists. I do not recommend this doctor—especially when it comes to treating children.

They don't honor referrals. I had to download and submit them, but they still wouldn't accept them because some information was missing. Ultimately, I had to pay, and that's what they wanted. The ultrasound doctor was rude. First and last time.
