  I gave it 3 stars because I have mixed opinions about the clinic. I've been a patient at AkoMed for several years and I must admit that the pediatric services are now at a high level. The doctors (apart from Dr. Andraczek) are excellent. Dr. Suszko is highly recommended. He's a wonderful woman and a brilliant doctor who loves what he does and does it very well and professionally. The other pediatricians are also wonderful doctors with a great approach to children. The receptionists are friendly and do their job really well. And that's about it. The dentistry there is screaming, begging for help. I went once, and then I had twice as much work privately 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️. As for the adult doctors, it's an even bigger disaster! And it's been like this for years. You can't make an appointment because there's only one doctor available during the day, and only for a maximum of 5 hours. You're sick and you're not getting help. I'd like to mention that registration starts at 7:00 AM, but I miraculously call back at 7:15 AM, and there are no numbers. How is that possible? And I was also told I could come in and ask for a doctor to see me🤦🏼‍♀️ If anyone from AkoMed is reading this, please hire more doctors. A doctor seeing only 5 hours a day will get several retirees and pensioners to chat, leaving only a few spots for really sick patients. This problem has been evident for several years. Your pediatrics department was also struggling before, but you've somehow managed to improve the quality of service from poor to really good. Best regards. I'd like to add that all doctor reviews are my personal opinion and are not intended to offend anyone. I try to present the situation honestly, looking at it from a patient's perspective.

  A very good family practice. I don't understand these negative reviews. The best pediatricians in Lubliniec – no problem getting a child registered. A very good family doctor. It's common knowledge that it's difficult to get an appointment with a family doctor, but that's the case at every clinic. It's best to come in the morning and make an appointment in person. The nurses at the reception desk are always very kind, helpful, and competent. I recommend them.

  Yesterday I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Janik, I emphasize, who treated me as if I were being held there as a punishment. I was healthy and full of energy when I returned to the facility two days later. I want to obtain a sick leave certificate. She ordered a flu test despite information about taking antiviral medications, and mentioned the name of the medication (as it was prescribed by another family doctor as an antiviral). The doctor stated that these medications are not antiviral. "While examining me, you will stand, you will lift, you will sit... Ladies and gentlemen, this was a young man, and I don't know how he ended up at this facility. I've been there practically since its inception. I've seen various doctors, but this is the first time I've seen someone like Dr. Janik."

  I tried to make an appointment by phone, and just like in Bareja's film, there were no available appointments on that day. You could make an appointment the following day, but then there were no more appointments. I tried to make an appointment as a healthy person to have my stitches removed.
