Looking at the reviews, the situation is recurring. I was driving with my older daughter to the doctor, an hour and a half each way, and we arrived 20 minutes early. We had an appointment at 4 p.m., and the staff explained that the doctor was stuck in traffic and would be slightly delayed. At 4:16 p.m., the staff changed their story, and the doctor was actually at the hospital. She sent a text message to the receptionists saying, "I won't be in today, reschedule for next week." 🤡🤡 Where is the respect for the customer? We didn't hear an apology, neither a nor b. I wholeheartedly DO NOT recommend this place. I recommend going to Luxmed or a slightly more professional facility.

I highly recommend the Bocian Clinic in Lublin. My sincere gratitude goes to Dr. Gąsior, who prepared me for the puncture and guided me through the entire treatment process, and a huge thank you to Dr. Socha, who made the decision to prepare me for the transfer and performed the procedure. We are grateful for the care of the midwives, who are empathetic, caring, and approach the patient with complete commitment and patience (even when the patient's veins are "rebellious" during the punctures 😉). We also thank the embryologists, who performed what is "invisible" to the patient, yet one of the most important tasks ❤ for the kind words during almost every interaction at the Clinic. I don't recommend it; they have zero respect for the patient. They schedule appointments, and after driving all the way across town, it turns out the doctor isn't there. It's a circus and a comedy. I don't recommend it. It's definitely better to choose another clinic that cares about the patient. Appointments aren't free, so maybe a little more respect? My husband deliberately took time off for an appointment that didn't happen. If the receptionists can't inform the patient, I recommend a different profession.
